Sam has been cutting hair since 2007. Through the years, she has received training from world renown stylists throughout the industry.

Men's cuts are a favorite of hers as well as detailed women's styles of all lengths. When a client is in Sam's chair, they know she cares; not only about their appearance but how they feel inside and out. She takes pride that people have the knowledge and inspiration to recreate their hairstyle at home.

Sam loves to make a difference in peoples lives; to create a workplace where stylists can show their individuality, freedom, and ownership of their craft. She enjoys specializing in cutting and collaborating with the Haven team to achieve the perfect look for each unique client. Learning new techniques and being inspired by other stylists keeps her enthralled in doing hair, and that is why training and continued education are so important to her.

Outside the salon, she loves working out, outdoor activities and getting together with family and friends. Sam is a huge animal lover.

Growing with the Haven team and clientele, seeing everyone enjoying life in and outside of "work" is her greatest reward.

Sam can't wait for the years to come and what the future will bring.

Since 2012 Alisha has been passionately engaged in all things hair. Having received extensive training from top hair companies such as Oribe and Bumble and Bumble, Alisha has found her home here at Haven.

Alisha's favorite part about being a hairstylist is building relationships with her clients and becoming personally invested in their image. Her custom techniques and attention to detail will leave you feeling comfortable and well taken care of.

Alisha specializes in women's haircuts and blowouts. Looking for a camera ready look for a special night out or just want to treat yourself to a blowout, she is the one to call!

                Stylist

Ashleigh has over 15 years of experience in the hair industry, the past 10 years she has worked exclusively as a colorist. Originally from Syracuse, she has been in Rochester now for over 10 years.

Her passion lies in making women beautiful on the outside and also in empowering them to feel beautiful on the inside. The client experience is something that is very important to her. Building and maintaining relationships are critical. She believes with each visit a client deserves a thorough consultation, ensuring they are educated on the latest trends and techniques, and delivering the highest level of individualized service. Her goal is to keep her clients looking fabulous until their next salon visit. Ashleigh prides herself on giving clients a flawless finish that will last for days showcasing their beautiful color! Over the past decade Ashleigh has been inspired and trained by the top colorists in the industry. She is Balayage and blonde obsessed; be it foil highlights, hair painting or double processed. Ashleigh welcomes you to sit in her chair and experience a variety of color techniques and seamless customer service start to finish. When Ashleigh is not chatting it up behind the chair she enjoys spending time with her two children, training at the gym, short getaways and girl time.

               Colorist

Erin has been cutting and styling hair for 12 years. She has trained with world renowned stylists throughout the industry. Some of the companies in which she is trained include Oribe, Bumble and Bumble, and Kerastase.

Erin's favorite part about being a hairstylist is not only making people feel beautiful but the relationships she makes with each and every one of her clients. She not only considers them clients but true friends.

When Erin is not at haven, she enjoys hanging out with her two children and puppy Agnus.

Megan has been cutting and styling hair for over 15 years. After moving down state for several years and working at a salon in the Hamptons, she was thrilled to return back to Rochester and join the team at Haven!

Megan has trained with Bumble and Bumble, Kerastase and Oribe. She enjoys learning about clients and what cut will fit both their face and their lifestyle. She loves making people feel their best. Whether it's a big change or just a trim, sometimes a haircut can be the best therapy!

When not at work, she loves spending time with her husband and two children.

                Stylist

Working as a salon manager for the past three years allowed me to utilize my extensive business experience while developing my passion in the hair industry.

While at the salon, I realized I wanted to help customers and be more hands on. This desire gave me the drive to obtain my cosmetology license in May of 2021 and further my career.

I've always enjoyed coloring my hair and trying different cuts and styles. I know how rewarding it is when I experience a new look. I'm excited to give this joy to my clients, as I specialize in coloring and cuts. I look forward to helping clients feel beautiful, continuing my education, and growing as a stylist.

When not at the salon, I enjoy paper crafting, cooking and traveling with my husband.
