Haven is a place where independent business women come together to deliver high quality beauty services for our clients.  Each service provider is their own independent business.  They determine their own policies, schedules, service/prices, and manage their client's appointments.

Our Team

Sam has been cutting hair since 2007.  Through the years, she has received training from world renown stylists throughout the industry.


Men's cuts are a favorite of hers as well as detailed women's styles of all lengths. When a client is in Sam's chair, they know she cares; not only about their appearance but how they feel inside and out.  She takes pride that people have the knowledge and inspiration to recreate their hairstyle at home. 

Sam loves to make a difference in peoples lives; to create a workplace where stylists can show their individuality, freedom, and ownership of their craft. She enjoys specializing in cutting and collaborating with the Haven team to achieve the perfect look for each unique client. 

Learning new techniques and being inspired by other stylists keeps her enthralled in doing hair, and that is why training and continued education are so important to her.

Outside of the salon, she loves working out, outdoor activities, and 

getting together with family and friends. Sam is a huge animal lover.


Growing with the Haven team and clientele, seeing everyone enjoying life in and outside of "work" is her greatest reward.

Health & Safety

The salon is re-opening based on the guidelines established by the CDC & NYS.  

The health and safety of everyone at the salon is our top priority.

Here are some things that will be different around the salon:

  • Only the client is allowed in the salon at the time of their appointment. Come alone; do not bring children, family, friends, or pets.

  • All service providers will conduct a wellness and temperature check prior to coming to the salon.  

  • In the past 14 days, if a client has been sick or exposed to someone who is sick, they must notify their service provider. 

  • Services will not be offered to or given by anyone who is sick or exhibiting signs of illness.

  • All clients and service providers are required to wear a face mask prior to entering the salon and throughout the appointment. Clients will bring their own face mask; for hair services a mask with ear loops is required.

  • Wait outside for your appointment.  Upon arrival, call or text your service provider and let them know you are here. They will let you know when you can enter the salon.

  • A hand sanitizing station is located at the entrance of the salon.  You and your service provider will stop there first to begin your appointment.

  • All service providers will be wearing personal protective equipment, practice regular and thorough hand washing, and engage in more extensive sanitation of tools, equipment and facilities in accordance with the CDC and NYS guidelines.

  • There will not be a receptionist or reception area. Beverage service and magazines are temporarily suspended.

  • All retail products are a final sale.  

  • Clients will work directly with their service provider to schedule, purchase product and check out.  Touch-less payment options are available.

  • Each service provider will be working with their clients directly to schedule appointments, including missed and future.  If you have any questions, please contact your service provider.
